OUR STORY
Founded with a deep passion for the beautiful game and a commitment to purposeful development, Pro Soccer Academy (PSA) was created to provide players with a professional, structured, and supportive environment to grow both on and off the field. Our academy now serves the community through a soccer program built on excellence, growth, and family.
Based in Doraville, Georgia, and established in 2020 at Honeysuckle Park, PSA provides a year-round program designed to elevate athletic performance and personal growth. Our academy challenges players in a competitive environment that promotes discipline, confidence, and a strong work ethic.
Led by Founder & CEO Pierre Kaisin, whose playing and developmental journey spans youth, high school, international reserve-level football, and the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL), Pro Soccer Academy (PSA) is built on real experience and a clear vision. The academy reflects lessons learned throughout that journey: development takes patience, structure, belief, and guidance.
The vision behind PSA is to cultivate winning teams that radiate passion for the game and earn respect throughout the soccer community. Our mission is to support families in building healthy lifestyles, prepare the next generation of strong leaders, and create meaningful opportunities for players to succeed.

FOUNDER & CEO
Pierre Kaisin, Founder & CEO of Pro Soccer Academy, was born on January 5, 1994, in Quito, Ecuador, and migrated to Atlanta, Georgia, in 2005. From an early age, he developed a deep passion for the beautiful game - balancing academics with competitive soccer throughout his youth.
His playing journey includes George Walton High School in Marietta, Georgia, the El Nacional U-18 reserve team in Quito, Ecuador, and multiple clubs within the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) in Atlanta, Georgia. These experiences shaped his understanding of player development.
Today, Pierre leads Pro Soccer Academy with a clear goal: to develop confident, technically sound, and disciplined players in a positive and competitive environment. The academy is founded on strong values, professional standards, and a commitment to developing players on and off the field while creating a positive and lasting impact within the community.
COACHING METHODOLOGY
Our methodology and style of play are delivered by a highly qualified coaching staff committed to excellence. Pro Soccer Academy emphasizes education, professionalism, and leadership, ensuring each player is guided with purpose at each training session. Hard work, discipline, preparation, a positive attitude, and belief form the foundation of our player development philosophy.
